Happy Halloween!

As you can see, Zoe had fun for her first Halloween. We didn't go trick-or-treating this year, but probably will next year. The neighborhood gets together in our common area and creates a sort of candy parade for the kids. They even had hot chocolate set up if you got cold. We were late this year because our baby duck took a late nap, so we have tons of candy left over. We only had one group of kids come to the house that we know of. We were gone to Bible class until 8:30, so they might have stopped by.

The night before we started a new family tradition of carving the pumpkin. This year Matt cleaned out the guts and I got to do the design. Zoe of course wanted to be in on the action. She pulled herself up to standing so she could get a better look. She still isn't crawling in the normal fashion, only pulling herself by her arms. She's moved on to pulling herself up and taking tiny steps around things.

More adventures to come! Hope you all had a great Halloween!
